hi. My daughter is 5 months old. I have to start with work. can I start her semi solids? what all should I give her first?

A. Hai good morning !! Until 5 completed months exclusive breast milk or formula milk is suggested for babies. Start semi solids Once a day and rest of the day milk either breastfeed or formula feed from 6 month onwards. If you are getting back to work then choose formula milk or expressed Breastmilk in your absence . Breast feed morning and evenings after you back to home and rest of the day milk. Because below 6 months baby's can't digest solids/semi solids.
