Hi.. My daughter is 5 months old. Can i start giving cerelac Or home made cerelac if so how many times in a day? Suggest me

A. Hello good evening !! Untill 5 completed months exclusive breast milk or formula milk is suggested for babies. From 6 month starting onwards start semi solids once a day and rest of the day milk either breastfeed or formula feed. Along with cerelac you can feed fruits and vegetables puriees mashes,dal kichdi, Idly , ragi porridge, Sooji, oats porridge . Give adequate water and fluids for hydration.
