Hi,my daughter is 4 yrs 11 months and she is myopic and her power is -1.75 . What can I do?

You should just avoid more of screen time because these things usually happen more when you give too much of screen time to the child the time the number could be same and can increase over the period since it is negative it should not be more of a problem but as a healthy diet giving almonds and walnuts are going to be beneficial for good eyesight of your child
