Q.

Hi my daughter is 4 year old. She has cough and runny nose( thick yellow) . Today while coughing mucus/phlegm started coming out from her mouth as well. Plz advise

A. hi parent please give luck warm water for drinking please give warm milk with haldi and pinch of salt twice a day please give gentle massage on chest and limbs with Babyhug rapid relif roll on please give daily sun light exposure
