hi, my daughter is 3year 6month old from last 5 days she has fever it's 101 degree and we give her antibiotic and paracetamol and she wants to sleep without having a food what to do

A. Fluids are something which are very easy for the child to consume so if you give something which is more on the basis of fluid which would be good you can give soups to the child Khichdi Dalia anything that you can give me few fluid form would be much better
