hi my daughter is 3 years old n sonce 3 days she is down woth fever her activities are quite normal like usual n her fever rages from 100 to 101 n that to in night please help if there is something serio

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. hello mommy no need to worry kids are play full even in fever . if fever is there then just give paracetamol to baby . and if is more than 102 then should be seen by doctor .
