hi .. my daughter is 3 year old ... please tell me the best nutrition for her...

A. dear parent, for your 3 years old daughter, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg. vegetables, green leafy vegetables, fruits. dairy products like curd, paneer, cheese. nuts and dry fruits. control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing foods and beverages, processed packaged foods.
