Hi, My daughter is 28 months old now and I have regularly visited the pediatrician to get her vaccination completed. However, the booklet where the doctor sticks the tag and marks the vaccine has not been filled accurately (atleast i cannot figure out by his notations) I am worried I might have missed a vaccine or two and I need help with understanding the record the doctor saved.. Is there anyone I can reach out to and chat personally?

A. there are two types of vaccination schedule government and private in case you are following one you always have an option of taking the extra vaccine please consult with your pediatrician in this case
