Hi My daughter is 28 days old and I'm giving her formula milk as from the beginning itself my milk flow is very poor. Initially she was facing difficulty to latch... now she is able to latch but milk flow is very low..Plz suggest how can I increase breast milk.

HINA GHAZIMom of a 4 yr 3 m old boy2 years agoA. Hi Mom,please increase ur intake of milk. take milk thrice with makhane and u can also add shatavari powder in your milk. Shatavari is really helpful in milk formulation. I have tried it too.
