hi my daughter is 2 yrs but from 5 days she is having fever and cough also we showed to doctor but she is still having cough any medicine that can recommend by u as we gave her nebulizer also anti biotic also no improvement

A. Hello good afternoon !! It takes time to relieve from cough, cold, antibiotics course is suggested for 4-5 days gradually cold, cough will reduce. Use medication as prescribed by your doctor, don't worry. Use nebulizer as prescribed by doctor,give fresh home made food,semi solid,fluids for hydration.. Check temperature,if fever reduced don't worry, if you observe raise in temperature or having continuous fever 100+ temperature for more than 4-5 days then immediately consult pediatrician ,do sponging to control temperature.
