hi my daughter is 2 years old but her scalp is not completely formed it's soft soft when i touch it ...is it anything serious?

In this here itg is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor sog that he could examine and evfaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
