some food like junk food mostly containing maida and oily food can aggravate such condition.
Here the diet modification should be tried first so encourage fibre diet give fruits and vegetable . Avoid excess of cows or buffalo milk and maida containing fouod .
Medications like lactulose , milk of magnesia and Peg (muout ) powderare used .
In emergency situation soap water with finger styimulation in rectal area and glycerine suppository can be tried .

Bananas and apples are good for digestion and reducing constipation. Gradually include seasonal green leafy vegetables, seasonal fruits and vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy. Serve foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating.
