Hi, my daughter is 2 years 2 months old yet she does not speak any word I.e. Mamma papa etc. Rest development is perfectly fine. can you pls suggest how to help her speak words.

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Every baby is different in achieving milestones. Some babies they start to talk late. If ur baby is making eye contact and understand what you are saying, follow ur instructions then no need to worry.. The more u communicate the sooner baby will learn to speak. Let the try to say what he wants, where he wants to go, what to eat etc etc. This will help baby to start speaking using single words. Show him books of vegetables, fruits, numbers alphabets and ask to repeat after you. This will help.
