hi my daughter is 2.7 yrs and she only drink Amul spray milk with cornflake. her everyday breakfast is Amul spray milk and cornflakes. is that good . is Amul spray good for her? at what quantity should I mix powder and water?

Chitradevi PMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi Mom, It is better to avoid amul spray as your child is grown up. Try different variety of foods other than corn flakes and all. Introduce more new tastes to your child. Include all types of seasonal fruits and veggies into your child's diet.
