More than 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Give dry fruits like almonds to baby. Add ghee to baby’s food. You can give all family foods the way you prepare at your house.
ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom now that the toddler is one year and above. You can now give her regular foods made at home for the family , no much restrictions for her now .You can also give her whole eggs , lentils and legumes , cows milk , dry fruits and nuts etc
