Q.

Hi,my daughter is 1year 10days old till now she is on formula milk (lactogen-3)..now I want to start giving her cow milk.how to start giving her cow milk... should i dilute it with water or some formula milk?... should i give directly..? please help me to start cow milk for my baby.

A. yes you can give cow milk, cow milk is much better after one year of age, it contains nutrients required after one year of age. Initially offer with adding some water.

A. Hello mom How are you baby is more than one year old and it is no need to dilute babies milk you can give it directly to your baby. Rather than this you should also try to give daily routine food to your baby because there are no food restrictions and you can add anything in babies regular diet
