Hi,my daughter is 19 months old, she barely talks words like mama and bye,and she is not pointing out for anything like to show pictures,if I going to teach something she will not listen, if i call her name she responds barely.

Okay Maam with the child does not make an eye contact and the response is so poor when you call out to the name of the child then I think your child could be little bit behind and understanding things like there could be delay in the natural growth of the child so once I would recommend you to consult a child psychologist please and if they say anything positive then you can try homeopathic treatment for your child
