Q.

Hi, my daughter is 18 months old , still she hasn't started to walk or speak, she crawls on four legs and just says papa what is the problem and what can be done ?

A. definitely this needs proper evaluation particularly neurological evaluation Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate advice in this regard if there is need for investigations also
