Q.

Hi my daughter is 10 months old and m suffering from acute constipation. I take milk fruits proper diet however no use.

A. Hello, dear mama, It might be because of hormones, as ur baby is still breast feeding. At night take 2 or 3 prunes and drink some hot water. Or Take some lukewarm milk with 1 spoon of ghee These both tips helped me as i faced the same issue Early in the morning have 2 glasses of lukewarm water and have a brisk walk for 5 min Hope this will help you

A. I think Doctor you did not understand my query it’s not about my daughter it’s for me. For babies I know the way.

A. it is common in this age . Constipation is common in children and to avoid this more of liquid and water along with fibrous green leafy vegetable and fruits should be given . Any laxative should be avoided in babies .
