Hi, my daughter is 1 year old. She always sleeps on me while drinking milk at night.. if I put her down she comes on me n sleep.. unable to change this habit.. any suggestions please

A. if the child is one year old so now it is better to give a proper diet containing all types of nutrients and do not make the child dependent just milk now
