Q.

Hi, My daughter is 1 year 1 month old and her height is 68 cms. is it fine ? Any concerns?

A. the height is less the height of the child depends upon the genetic patterns as well as the diet the child is taking. so meet your doctor who will tell you whether it is within the normal limits according to the height of the parents or not. the doctor will calculate mid parental height and then tell you whether any intervention in the form of supplements is required or not. it is advisable that the child should take some amount of cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily according to the age of the child. regular physical activity is also important to increase the weight and height of the child. s

A. hello yes it is absolutely fine and nothing to worry about and the height of the child depends on either of parents height or the grandparents height and if the child is active then height is not a problem and give your child healthty food and a nutritious well balanced food in the diet
