A. hi yes you can give chavyanprash to the baby with milk. dabur are patanjali both are good brands. Give green leafy vegetables as they serve as immunity boosting foods. Give all seasonal fruits and fruits rich in vitamin C. Give eggs, fish if non vegetarian in above one year old babies. Curd and Yogurt are full of probiotics , are a great immunity booster for kids. Try including them in the diet as plain Curd, buttermilk, lassi, flavoured yogurt to keep your baby off stomach infections. Nuts such as almonds , walnuts, raisins, dates, figs are a rich source of minerals vitaminsand are rich in antioxidant omega 3 fatty acid, zinc , vitamin E. A sound sleep and sufficient play time is necessary. Washing hands and maintaining hygiene keep away diseases and infection causing bacteria away. Get on time proper vaccinations done.
