Q.

Hi, my daughter is 1.2 months old. I want to know to number of naps she has to take in a day as she is a light sleeper. Thanks

A. hello baby can take around 2 naps in a day and each child is different and this can vary too and some kids sleep well during night and naps may be kess in the day and if the child is active then not a problem and any concern then 9t is better to check with your doctor
