hi my daughter age 3.5years but her weight is 11kgs she is very lean but active girl she is not eat properly am very afraid about her please give any suggestions

Don’t be afraid you can consult your doctor maybe there is some nutritional deficiency which is why your child is not eating well or even after eating well the child does not gaining weight because by this is a child should be somewhere on 15 KG so I would recommend you to have a full body assessment with the doctor
