hi my daughter 6 month 20days old her right is little red nerve her black ball had something like dust I have given drops yesterday onwards but still red nerve are there but she don't have any irritation or disturbance... does her eyes are developing? or any infection.

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 6 months old now either she is having eye infection or some dirt or dust in eye causing redness use eye drops like moxiflox or toba eye drops with dexamethasone
