hi, my daughter 2years 1month old yesterday one she is suffering from fever continues doing loose motion potty is green in color docotor given paracetamol dolo 250 mg syrup, z&d drop, echronom sachet still nt settled continues motion doing

Sometimes motion can continue if you are continuously giving milk other than the food that you’re giving and medication also as milk is not advisable to be given further if you do not see any better within maximum time of three days and you get a stool test done for your child
