Q.

hi my daughter 1Y3M does not eat solid food much, due to which her weight is not increasing much approx 250g per month increase only.

A. between 1 to 2 years of age the baby will hardly gain 1 to 2 kg of weight and it is still normal. so don't worry much about that and keep giving high protein diet

A. Hello dear parent! Let the child be physically active as much as possible and feel hungry before the next meal. Give 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks in a day. Avoid outside foods. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. Consult your doctor for further advice,
