Hi My child who is 2 n half month once pooped very little in slightly greenish color. Though he also vomit curdled milk after feeding sometimes. What could be the reason of this color poop.(he is on exclusive breastfeeding)

A. dear parent, occasional green poop is not a problem. if baby is having green frothy stool then it may be due to baby getting more of foremilk than hindmilk . to avoid this imbalance at one episode of breastfeeding feed from only one breast (do not switch breast) so the baby gets fat dense hind milk. if baby is happy, and gaining weight, nothing needs to be done.
