hi my baby will turn two on 21st june he has got loose motions today can I give him darolac syrup. please suggest quit recovery solution

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is having loose motions please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with ORS coconut water and enterogermina tubes to the baby to avoid dehydration no problem in darolac
