A. generally flu will be viral infection no need to use any antibiotics for further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management

A. Hi, Any medicine should be given after proper examination and consultation by pediatrician. Self medications should be avoided. For the dosage age and weight are important. So it is advised to first consult a pediatrician and then give a medicine. Take care and happy parenting.
