Hi my baby stool is too thin as liquid from the starting. Can anyone suggest me reason.

because of indigestion.. give himalaya Bonnison drops to treat
because of teething.. start with calcarea phosphorus a homeopathy medicine for teething calcarea phosphorus helps in easing teething effects loose motion green stool itching gums drooling..
