hi, my baby's Wight is low.please help to Wight grain.

A. Hello! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables along with paneer, dals, sprouts, potato, banana, nuts and ghee in your child's meals. Give her small and frequent meals which are rich in nutrients and calories.
