hi, my baby's skin has developed some small red spots on body and face. what could be the reason?

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist6 years agoA. jbcheck any allergic reaction. stop using cosmetics, soaps, bathe with clean water, also some babies get allergy due to clothing.use regular cotton clothes. skip the suspected item apply soothing lotion or ice if itching.
