Any temperature above 100 F is fever.
Always measures temperature in armpits only.
No need to give any fever medicine if fever is below 100 F.
If asociated complaints like cough, cold, loose motion

Keep ur baby well hydrated.
Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day.

Check the back of your baby's neck, and take off a layer if your baby is sweating there. The temperature of the room should be comfortable for an adult.
