ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 7 years agoA. You can use siloderm oint or rash cream for that. Apply twice daily. While cleaning clean your hands first. Apply soft hands, while cleaning. Because harsh touch may cause swelling and redness. Give diaper free time. Maintain proper hygeine. Reduce excess wet wipes use and try to wash with water.

Hello and good evening i would recommend you to try using sebamed rash cream is very effective I personally used it for my baby and it has Great reviews from the parent using it you can try using for your baby to make sure that the baby does not get rashes
