Q.
Hi my baby is unable to poop he has constipation what should I give him he is totally BM please suggest any medicine

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. the consistency of the stool is semi solid to solid it is not regarded as constipation irrespective of the number of days but if it is hard and dry stool then only medication is required

Just exclusive breastfeeding is good and certain times kids can go without passing a motion for certain days but that’s not necessarily due to constipation but still I would advise you to continue breastfeeding the child and consult your paediatrician ones
