Q.
Hi my baby is of 4 month. Don't know if I am over concerned. But Sometime I feel that he is not doing the stuff like what I have read the baby of 4 month should do. Also he does not play independently he needs someone to play most of the time whenever he is awake.

Remember that each child is unique and different when it comes to reaching their milestones. Maintain a good personal hygiene. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. As long as your baby is active and healthy there is nothing to worry.
