Q.
hi my baby is of 2 months and consuming vi syneral zinc drops ...does these drops increase the appetite of the child? the baby only continues to drink milk and nothing else...so should i stop the drops and monitor his normal appetite and see and take a decision to continue these drops or no? kindly suggest.Thank u.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom supplements such as iron or multivitamin is prescribed for almost all babies for at least one year of age .
The baby will till age of 5 to 6 months will be on milk feed only as liquids and semi solids are introduced later

after giving drops, my baby only want to be fed.
my baby is healthy (touch wood) so I am going to stop these drops.
you can decide,go by your instincts,if baby is taking sufficient feed before the drops you can stop it
