hi. my baby is now one year so I have started giving him solid food but he is not able to digest cow milk.

Not necessary that the child would be able to digest animal milk so what you can do is go ahead with giving toned pasteurise milk to start with and then slowly after maybe a month to start with pasteurise full cream milk with water of course about 20 to 30% to begin with and gradually reduce on the water and then why the age of 18 months to go you try going ahead with regular animal Bing
