try to offer food as per your child choice
make your child food presentation attractive
for example
use carrots beetroot palak etc to make your child food more colorful
it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food.
provide natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc to your child
it is important.
add ginger , garlic, ajwain seeds etc while making food for your child,it will work as natural appetizer.
or give tiny piece of ginger with pinch of salt and few drops of lemon juice before half an hour of meal time.
