hi my baby is not taking breastfeeding she is one month old and and breasts are becoming dry and she takes formula milk what to do can I feed formula is it ok to self wean at this stage

A. Hello dear parent! Try as much to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand for the first 6 months. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. Consult a lactation expert for further advice. Continue breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil. Good luck and take care.
