Hi my baby is not having anything from two days...i dont know the reason...now i asked doc he suggested to give colpol 4 times...is there any serious issue what will be the reason for this

Calpol Is for fever only if your child is suffering with fever then only you should be giving this medicine otherwise if your child is not eating it could be a possibility that your child may be having its teeth which is why your child is not eating so instead of giving any medicine first you check the gums of your child and then you’ll be more sure about it
