Hi, my baby is not eating since morning and she is felling stomach ache and it is bloting, her age is 2 years. Please suggest with instant solution

Bonnisan you can give 2.5 ML and you can also give more of liquid as of now if your child wants to have because during bloating and stomach pain you do not feel like eating so this medicine should be helpful and if needed kindly talk to your doctor or a phone call
