Q.

Hi my baby is just stepped into 6th month I started feeding banana, apple and rice starch. She is eating without any hesitation but the thing is she is having constipation problem. Sometimes she is passing motions thrice a week. Could you please suggest what to do to over come this problem.

A. no need to eat is a normal thing whenever there is changes in the diet then constipation can occur you should start giving more of water also to baby along with fibrous roots

A. When You introduce any kind of semisolid food to the child it is obviously very important to give good amount of water as well because that balances the digestion system in the body so give good amount of water and fruits which are excessively good and rich in vitamin C and fibre they will really help a lot
