A. these are heat rashes. apply mamaearth dusting powder which is talc free and very effective in heat rashes

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom These can be heat rashes. apply himalaya prickly heat powder on the skin. This will help to give relief. Also make sure that you use good skincare products like babyhug plates that are paraben free and chemical free keeps the rashes away
