my baby is having loose motion from yesterday onwards she has passed 3-4 time till now. seems she is not active like daily. and stool be like yellowish with some white small small bubbles.

if loose motion of the child is not improving the foremost thing you have to do is take a follow with your doctor.
it is advisable not to give outside milk if going on and you may have to switch to either lactose free milk or soya milk. 
please go for stool examination as well as stool culture which will differentiate lactose intolerance withx infection. you can continue to give probiotics like such a super flora gg and zinc supplements.
(you have to hold multivitamin and iron during loose motions)x
many times loose motions improving 10 to 15 days also in case of viral diarrhoea.

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. It might be due to teething in the baby. Please give homeopathic medicine BC21  to the baby. Also massage baby gums with clean cotton cloth. Please give Econorm sachet to the baby. If you see any blood spots in the poop or if the poop color changes to black or white then it is advisable to get the baby evaluated by a doctor and follow doctors advise properly.
