Hi my baby is going to be 12 months within 2 days .. I cooked rice with dal for dinner for him .. he slept .. can I give that even after 10 pm ?

A. Hello mom yes you may but their need to be a time gap maintained between the meal and the sleep , otherwise it could have chances of causing indigestion
