hi my baby is around 2yrs 9 months old.From past few months he is getting frequent cold once in every 10 days. I have done all the blood tests ,all the test reports are normal.How to avoid this type of frequent col.

Catching frequent cold is due to low immunity that the body is not able to fight with infection.
Give chayawamprash to ur baby to boost immunity. Give turmeric milk daily.
Give fruits rich in vitamin C to boost immunity like lemon ornage mausambi pineapple lemon kiwi strawberry guava etc
