Hi my baby is almost one month old,as of now we were using cotton pillows but elders were suggesting us of using mustard seed pillow for shaping his head so just wanted to be sure is it ok to use mustard seed pillow please suggedt

Ur a mother of 1month old baby it's obvious after delivery v feel so this is not the Time to try anything use belts take hot bath have good food as Ur in breastfeed use ghee veggies greens what u have LL go to Ur baby ... ask for some simple excerices for Ur doctor & do drastically UL feel the changes all of a sudden u can't expect huge change ..Ur baby is important 1st so it's Ur resting time take rest enjoy Ur motherhood
