hi my baby is 7 year old still not a single baby tooth fall down... instead of this 2 new teeth came .. is this normal?... at what age 1st tooth will fall.. am worried alot.. plz suggest

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist1 Year agoA. Hi consult with your nearest pediatric dentist for early removal of milk teeth to prevent malalignment of newly erupting permanent teeth. this condition happened due to delay in shedding of milk teeth

When the new ones were coming you should have gotten the previous one extracted now they are not into the rice place you will have to get maybe braces done and all in the latest this is not correct sometimes teeth do not fall I agree but if the new teeth are coming meant to get the previous one extracted please consult a dentist for this
